PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. CHOICE OF WOOD
All begins with the selection of a suitable soft wood that is cut into blocks and then planed to create fine fibres.
2. WINDING
Using special "spinning wheels", the raw wood wool is twisted into a rope with a diameter of approximately 25 mm, which is subsequently wound on to rolls.
3. DRYING
The rope wool rope is shortened to a required length and dried. Then the rope is dipped in a hot paraffin wax bath, left to drip off and cool down.
4. Cutting
The rope prepared in this way is then cut on an automatic saw to the size required by the customer and packed into customer packaging.
